E-Design Services is a helpful tool that is available to potential clients, contractors, or home owners that are looking to tackle their next project. This will allow them to communicate with us as their designer without having a full commitment contract.

Clients are purchasing an E-Design created specifically for them based on information they will provide. Measurements of the existing space or planned space, inspirational photos of the style they love, and a rough budget to work within.

The client will receive a full E Design package that will include a fully custom design, one colour rendering, detail drawings of the floor plan and elevations, and material selections suggested.

Each client will be allowed one complimentary revision to the proposed design. Should the client wish to hire us to see them through to the end of the process, the one-time fee will be credited back in the final project contract fees.
